The learning content is in English, with South African examples and prices in rands. Selected navigation labels are available in isiZulu and Afrikaans. Learners follow role-based tracks, complete practical exercises and take assessments. Reports distinguish participation, recorded lesson completion and issued certificates. Assessment results do not by themselves establish productivity gains or workplace outcomes.
